Due to this, unfortunately, we are unable to remove or update details without instruction from the homebuilder marketing the property. However, you can contact them directly via the relevant property listing, or, in that branches’ listing in the Homebuilders section.
If you have any doubts or concerns over a listing for any reason, for example:
- the property is sold but is still being marketed
- the property was never on the market despite being marketed
- the listing may be a fake listing
- the listing has the wrong status
You can report it. To do so:
- Go to www.smartnewhomes.com
- Search for properties that suit your requirements
- Click into a property listing to view it in more detail
- To the right of the listing, click Report listing
- Complete as much of the relevant information as possible
- Click Report error
You may also contact the homebuilder yourself, their details are located to the right of the listing, in the Marketed by section. Their telephone number is also available below the photo carousel.
Alternatively, you can complete the Contact form at the bottom of the listing.
- Open the SmartNewHomes Android App
- Search for properties that suit your requirements
- Tap into a property listing to view it in more detail
- Scroll down and tap Report listing
- Complete as much of the relevant information as possible
- Tap Report error
You may also contact the homebuilder yourself, their details are located at the bottom of the listing, below the Report listing button. You can also tap Call developer or Email developer, located at the bottom of the screen.
