How do I share a property?

1. Go to www.smartnewhomes.com
2. Search for properties that suit your requirements
3. Click into a property listing to view it in more detail
4. Click Email a friend
   1. Add in Your name
   2. Add in your Friend's email address
   3. To add further recipients, click Tell another friend
   4. Review or add to the Message
   5. Click Send Email 

In the property listing, you can also share it:

1. In the Share this property section, click the LinkedIn logo to share it on LinkedIn
   1. You will be taken to a LinkedIn login page if you are not already logged in. Once logged in, you can post the listing to your feed
2. Click the Facebook logo to share it on Facebook
   1. You will be taken to a Facebook login page if you are not already logged in. Once logged in, you can post the listing to your timeline
3. Click the Twitter icon to share it on Twitter
   1. You will be taken to a Twitter login page if you are not already logged in. Once logged in, you can post the listing to your feed
