Saving your favourite properties is a way of grouping together new homes that you love into one list so you can quickly and easily access them. You can save properties from anywhere on the website or app that you can access a property listing, and easily delete them from either the Desktop or App experiences.

You must be logged into your SmartNewHomes account to delete properties from your favourites list
How to delete a favourite property
- Go to www.smartnewhomes.com
- Click Sign in/Register
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Hover over My Account and click My favourites
- Your Favourite properties will be listed. Click the checkbox to the left of the property you wish to delete
- Click Delete to remove the property from your saved favourites list
- Open the SmartNewHomes Android App
- Tap the Menu icon
- Tap My Account
- Tap Favourites
- Enter your login credentials and tap Sign in
- In the My favourites section, tap the radio button (circle) to the right of any of your favourite homes
- Tap Delete favourite
