Saving your favourite properties is a way of grouping together new homes that you love into one list so you can quickly and easily access them. You can save properties from anywhere on the website or app that you can access a property listing.
Note
You need to have a SmartNewHomes account to add any property to your saved list.

How to save a favourite property
- Go to www.smartnewhomes.com
- Click Sign in/Register
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- On the Home tab, add in your search criteria for your new home (Location, Min/Max price, Property type and Bedrooms)
- You can click Advanced search options to really tailor your results, and, click if you only want to show Help to Buy eligible homes
- Click Search
- Below a property listing, click on the Save button (Star icon)
You can also click on a property listing to view the detailed page and click Save to favourites.
Once you have saved a property, you can manage it in your account.
- Hover over My Account and click My favourites
- Your Favourite properties will be listed. Click on any of them to view them
- Open the SmartNewHomes Android App
- Enter your search criteria for your new home (Location, Min/Max price, Bedrooms and Property type)
- You can tap whether to include Help to Buy eligible homes, Retirement homes or Shared ownership
- Tap Search
- Below a property listing, tap the Save button (Star icon)
- (If you aren't signed in, you will be required to enter your login credentials and tap Sign in)
You can also tap on a property listing to view the detailed page and tap Save.
Once you have saved a property, you can manage it in your account.
- Tap the Menu icon
- Tap My Account
- Tap Favourites
- Enter your login credentials and tap Sign in
- In the My favourites section, tap the radio button (circle) to the right of any of your favourite homes
- From here, you can:
- Call the developer/agent that is marketing the home
- Contact the developer/agent by email
- Email the home to a friend
- Delete the home from your favourites
