If you have set up your email alerts but are not receiving them, it may be that either your email address is incorrect in your SmartNewHomes account, or there is a problem receiving the email in your inbox.
Follow the troubleshooting steps below to start receiving email alerts:
- Check your email address is correct in your account:
- Visit www.smartnewhomes.com
- Click Sign in/Register
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Click My Account
- Click My profile
- Click Change email
- Enter your New email address and click Change email address
- Add support@smartnewhomes and email@example.com to your safe recipients list
- Check your email Junk or Spam folder to see if the SmartNewHomes email alert is there
