Why am I not receiving email alerts?

If you have set up your email alerts but are not receiving them, it may be that either your email address is incorrect in your SmartNewHomes account, or there is a problem receiving the email in your inbox. 

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to start receiving email alerts: 

  1. Check your email address is correct in your account:
    1. Visit www.smartnewhomes.com
    2. Click Sign in/Register
    3. Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
    4. Click My Account
    5. Click My profile
    6. Click Change email
    7. Enter your New email address and click Change email address
  2. Add support@smartnewhomes and help@smartnewhomes.com to your safe recipients list
  3. Check your email Junk or Spam folder to see if the SmartNewHomes email alert is there
