- Go to www.smartnewhomes.com
- Click Sign in/Register
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Either hover over My Account and click Email preferences, or, click My Account and click the Email preferences tab
- Click Yes or No next to the relevant email type to toggle whether to receive them or not. Your email preferences will update immediately
You can also Unsubscribe from all marketing emails and Stop all property alerts as well as tailoring your SmartNewHomes experience by adding to My Locations.
