If you wish to stop some or all emails from SmartNewHomes:
- Go to www.smartnewhomes.com
- Click Sign in/Register
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Either hover over My Account and click Email preferences, or, click My Account and click the Email preferences tab
- Click Yes or No next to the relevant email type to toggle whether to receive them or not. Your email preferences will update immediately
At the bottom, you have the option to Unsubscribe from all marketing emails and Stop all property alerts. This will not remove your SmartNewHomes account.

All emails sent by SmartNewHomes include unsubscribe options as well
- Open the SmartNewHomes Android App
- Tap the Menu icon
- Tap My Account
- Tap Email preferences
- Enter your login credentials and tap Sign in
- Tap Yes or No next to the relevant email type to toggle whether to receive them or not. Your email preferences will update immediately
